Today is Pappy's birthday! Happy birthday to one awesome Pappy! The girls are so excited to get to see Pappy next weekend. This afternoon they were planning the decorations for Pappy's party (sorry Pappy, you are going to have to bake your own cake, decorations were apparently more important), and Carli asked to get down the pink Christmas tree. We had to tell her that Shawntea (our elf) took the tree back with her to the North Pole after Christmas last year. Carli didn't miss a beat, she went and got a marker and paper and asked for help writing Santa a letter:
It says:
Santa,
Please help Shawntea bring my pink Christmas tree back.
